Is the mat waterproof?
Yes. Our outdoor mats are waterproof and designed to handle spills, rain, and damp ground. They dry quickly and won’t absorb water like traditional fabric rugs.
How do I clean the rug?
Cleaning is easy. Simply shake off dirt, hose it down, or wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water and allow it to air dry.
Does the mat attract insects?
Lighter colourways may also help reduce the attraction of mosquitoes and midges.
Can the mat be used on the beach?
Yes. The mat is perfect for the beach. It’s sand-resistant, quick-drying, and easy to shake clean after use.
How does the mat pack down for travel?
The mat folds down neatly and is lightweight for its size, making it easy to pack into your caravan, car, or storage bag for travel.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. We are a small business but will do our best to stick to estimated timeframes. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 2–7 business days within Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, our team will keep you informed and assist in following it up with the courier. Please contact us if your tracking hasn’t updated for several days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will apply.

What if my rug arrives damaged?
If your rug arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
